At Juki, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your clothing item, you may initiate a return within 3 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
Condition of the Item: Clothing items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached and in proper packaging as received. Items that have been washed, worn, damaged, or are not in resalable condition will not be eligible for return.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be initiated once the returned item has been inspected and deemed to be in the correct state. If the item does not meet our return criteria, a refund will not be issued.

Quality Inspection: Customers must provide full proof with images for their return, and each case will be reviewed by our quality inspection team.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact customer support with relevant reasons and images of the return. Please provide the order ID for Juki to initiate the return process.
Refund Processing: Refunds will be initiated once the return case is qualified by our quality team. Please allow up to 5 to 7 working days for the refund to be processed.
